"We asked Gill Orde In Catering to cater for 250 International motoring and lifestyle journalists over a 6 week period on a daily basis serving substantial morning coffee - however the venue was on a disused airfield in the middle of nowhere and with little or no infrastructure!
Gill and her Team took on the challenge with nothing but enthusiasm and smiles and delivered superb coffee and a selection of delicious freshly prepared sweet and savoury foods each morning working under incredibly limited and very difficult conditions. The level of service never faltered, everyone of her Team were a delight to work with - they were bright, attractive, smiley ambassadors for The Borders engaging our guests with pleasant conversation about the local produce they were eating and using their various foreign language skills - much appreciated by our International guests.
